Have you given yourself the proper rest to deliver your best self?
At times in our world we have a tendency of getting distracted from the most important and essential thing to our overall well being: rest. The proper amount of sleep can make or break your day. As a transportation service provider, I find it very important to be well rested because it shows up through my performance, through my mood, and it can change my mood. No one wants a grumpy driver!
I believe good rest starts with a comfortable bed and mattress, set of great sheets, and comfortable pillows. In our younger years it wasn’t a big deal to couch surf or find a spot on a hard floor with just a blanket. With age comes health challenges, body changes and new desires for comfort. This requires you to take better care of yourself and treat your body the way you want your body to treat you. Don't put it off any longer; treat yourself to a comfortable bed. You deserve it and your body will greatly appreciate it!
