  • What hours do you provide airport transportation?
    We provide airport transportation 24/7/365. However, transportation before 5 AM or after midnight incurs an additional $15 flat fee.
  • What should I expect when I ride with Travis Transpo?
    After you have reached out, spoken to Travis, and booked your service, rest assured that he will be punctual and provide any necessary assistance. Your safety is his top priority during the ride to your destination. Whether you prefer to engage in conversation or enjoy some quiet time, Travis will accommodate your needs without any pressure to chat.
  • Will I ever be sharing a ride?
    Nope! Travis Transpo is a private transportation company, which means that all rides will only include the people in your party.
  • Can I bring my pet or service animal with me?
    Unfortunately, we only transport humans at this time to avoid disrupting other passengers who may have pet sensitivities.
  • Are you also a chauffeur?
    For our Special Services, such as The Glitz, Helping Hands, and Long Shots, we include an onsite chauffeur.
  • Do you provide child safety seats?
    Yes, we provide a booster seat for children weighing 40lbs+ at no additional cost. However, we currently don't have an infant car seat available.
  • What makes you different from Uber or Lyft?
    While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft offer convenience, they have an unpredictability factor. With Travis Transpo, you'll know your driver (Travis), the state of the vehicle (impeccably clean), and receive top-notch service, every time.
  • What kind of transportation services do you provide?
    We offer various transportation services in and around Charlotte, including local commutes, airport transfers, school transportation, and day trips to the greater Carolina region. We stand out by offering compassionate companionship and assistance for medical appointments and other tasks.
  • Are your drivers licensed and insured?
    Yes, as the sole operator behind Travis Transpo, I am a licensed, insured, and trained professional committed to providing you with safe and reliable transportation.
  • Will you drop my kids off at school, pick them up, AND take them to all their extracurriculars, for the whole school year?
    Absolutely, we understand how much parents have to juggle! This is one of our most popular services. Same goes for summer camp!
  • What is the “Helping Hands” service I keep reading about?
    Thank you for asking! Our "Helping Hands" service is designed to assist clients with their daily tasks, making things more manageable. From accompanying them to medical appointments to helping with grocery shopping, we're here to make things easier. This service was the inspiration behind Travis Transpo, and you can learn more about Travis's passion for helping others by reading his story here.
  • How do I book your services?
    You can easily book Travis Transpo services by calling, texting, emailing, or messaging us on Instagram or Facebook. All messages go directly to Travis, and he will get back to you within a day, if not sooner!
  • What areas in Charlotte do you provide transportation for?
    I provide transportation services to various locations in and around Charlotte. Whether you need to travel within neighborhoods like South End, Dilworth, and Plaza Midwood or require a ride from the airport to places such as Gastonia or Marvin, I'm at your service. Please be aware that pricing may vary depending on the destination and distance traveled.
  • What if I have a complaint or issue with your services?
    We are committed to providing excellent service to our clients and value your feedback. If there is anything we can do to enhance your next trip, please do not hesitate to share your thoughts with us. We appreciate the opportunity to incorporate your suggestions and continue to improve our services.
  • What if my flight is delayed or canceled?
    We monitor flight arrivals and departures in real-time to ensure that we can pick you up at the airport, even if your flight is delayed or canceled. Please notify us as soon as possible if your flight is canceled or rescheduled, so we can adjust your pickup time accordingly.
  • Can I cancel or modify my booking?
    Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time without incurring a cancellation fee. However, all cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time require payment in full.
  • How far in advance do I need to book your services?
    We recommend booking services as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for regular school/extracurricular transportation, as these spots book up quickly. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings as well!
  • How do I pay for your services?
    We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including credit cards and digital payment services such as Venmo or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please keep in mind that a credit card is necessary to reserve your service at the time of booking. However, you will not be charged until the completion of the service.
  • Where can I find your pricing?

  • I ride with you a lot. Do you offer any kind of bundle and save program or discount?
    We always appreciate our returning guests! While we don't have an official rewards program yet, we are actively working on establishing one. We'll keep you updated, so stay tuned for further developments!
  • What’s your COVID-19 policy for passengers?
    According to the latest CDC guidelines, masks are no longer required in public indoor spaces. That being said, we welcome your personal decision to mask up and will always have extra masks in the car if you would like your driver to wear one as well, no questions asked. Your comfort is our highest commitment.
  • Why do you like driving people so much?
    Being of service to others has always been a part of my identity, and it's something that brings me great joy. That's why I knew from the start that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to help people. One of the things I enjoy the most about my job is meeting new people during my drives. Every person is unique, and it's a pleasure to connect with each and every one of my passengers. I also genuinely enjoy driving - contrary to many people's beliefs, I find it to be a relaxing and stress-free activity. Being behind the wheel brings me a sense of happiness and calmness. The combination of driving and connecting with people is what makes me excited to come to work every day.
